Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Photos may be required for damaged or faulty items
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once used or customised.
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we can offer a replacement or exchange where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
